A little background story ~ Frankie was an abandoned kitten in a small coastal town of Delaware. He found his way into a garden of a fellow animal lover, who already had her hands full with a cat named Chessie. With some help of a few friends, he made the long trek to his new home in the suburbs of Maryland. These "letters" are updates on how Frankie has been, from his and Chessie's perspectives. About Jan (Chessie's Mom)
Jan lived in South Florida for over twenty years and was an operations manager for an investment advisory firm for several of those years. For a time she also owned a food shop and catering business in Boca Raton, Florida which gave her much delicious material – both recipes and intrigue - for Cassie’s Creations catering business.
She moved to the Delaware shore a little less than ten years ago, deciding after experiencing eight hurricanes in two years that it was time to seek ground further north. Jan loves to be near the Ocean – just not actually in the water! – So she is comfy in her home just a couple of miles from the beach. She was familiar with the area in Delaware from her many years living in Washington, DC while she worked for the U. S. Department of State and the American Institute in Taiwan.
Perri Nash is the Nom De Plume used by Jan. Her three murder mysteries are the 'Cassie Doolin Mystery Series', and one true story called 'Phanny, Phantom of the Attic', about a little stray cat who wandered into her life and heart – who eventually found a forever home, happily just like Frankie!
