A little background story ~ Frankie was an abandoned kitten in a small coastal town of Delaware. He found his way into a garden of a fellow animal lover, who already had her hands full with a cat named Chessie. With some help of a few friends, he made the long trek to his new home in the suburbs of Maryland. These "letters" are updates on how Frankie has been, from his and Chessie's perspectives. About Frankie
Frankie was abandoned as a little kitten in a small coastal town of Delaware. Only being a few months old but looking healthy (albeit on the skinny side), we have no idea where he actually came from.
He found his way into the garden of author Jan Perry and her cat Chessie. Needing a new forever home, Jan called a few friends to see if someone was willing to take in the small lovable fur-ball. It just so happened that I was looking into adopting a cat. With a little help of those same friends, he made the trek to his new home in the Maryland suburbs.
He seems to be of the Bengal breed, although what generation and or mix is unknown. But a happy and healthy growing little boy is what his vet has called him. He likes to greet everyone at the door whether it's family, friends or strangers.
And the main reason we figured he is a Bengal (other then the stripes & spots on his beautiful coat)... He LOVES water. He's completely fascinated with it. In bottles, in bowels and dishes, what he just dumped out onto the floor and in his dry food dish. He doesn't drink any of it, just loves to play with it - everywhere.
